All items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Free from makeup, fragrance, or marks
• Returned with all original tags and packaging
• Sent using tracked post
We recommend using registered post.

📦 DELIVERY & RESPONSIBILITY
All international orders are shipped with tracking and, where available, signature on delivery.
Once a parcel is marked as delivered, responsibility generally transfers to the recipient. However, if there is evidence of delivery error or carrier fault, we will assist in resolving the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law.
