We’ll issue you a return authorisation (RA) number and instructions.

Return your item using tracked post.
Once received and approved, we’ll:

Issue a refund (if eligible)

Provide store credit

Send your requested exchange
Please note: Return postage for change-of-mind returns and exchanges is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
✅ RETURN CONDITIONS
All returned items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged

Be free from make-up, perfume, or other scents

Have all original tags and packaging intact

Be returned with tracking
Important packaging info:

Sunglasses (as supplied by us) must be returned with clean lenses (no fingerprints) and original hard case

Eco-branded compostable bags (used by select brands) must be returned intact and not used as the return satchel, as they are delicate and easily damaged

Use a separate, protective outer satchel (e.g., our black postage satchels)
✅ We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
✅ Do not lodge returns in an untracked mailbox.
We strongly recommend registered post with insurance.
✅ FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Although we carefully inspect every order, occasional human error or product faults may occur.

Items discounted by 50% or more are considered final sale.
These are not eligible for return unless faulty or not meeting Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
Where appropriate, we will offer repair or replacement as the first step.
🚚 UNCOLLECTED PARCELS & ADDRESS ERRORS
If your parcel is returned to us due to:

An incorrect or incomplete address, or

Failure to collect from your local post office
We may deduct the return shipping fee from any applicable refund.
Re-delivery charges will apply if you wish your parcel to be resent.
This is assessed at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
