At elwood 101, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction as well as our well known and loved selection of premium street and designer labels.
We realise that it is hard to properly judge fit and suitability from a desktop or a mobile device.And also, we are all built differently and sometimes the sizes just don't work on each and every individual.
Because of this our store offers a hassle free policy.
THE NUTS & BOLTS OF OUR RETURNS POLICY :
We will gladly refund your account on all full priced items if the item chosen doesn't fit or match your expectations (excluding shipping charges) ....
Once an item is discounted by more than 30% from the original price we can offer you a store credit or exchange for another product.
ALL items marked 50% below original price and less cannot be returned for credit. The sale price is final.
EASY RETURNS PROCESS:
Simply notify us by email, within 7 days of receiving your item.
- You will be provided with an RA number to include with your returned parcel.Please also leave us a note stating the reason for the return along with the RA number inside the returned package.
- Carefully pack your item and return to Elwood101
- Be aware you are responsible to ensure it arrives back to us safely and in undamaged condition. So please package shoe boxes etc in protected packaging.We cannot take responsibility for articles lost in the post or damaged in transit.
- Returns must be sent with a trackable method, just as we provide to you.
- Once we receive your return we will proceed with the return / exchange / credit notes
The only conditions are that the items are returned as immaculately as they are sent out:
- The item must not be been worn, washed, altered or damaged
- Original swing tags and packaging must be intact and undamaged
We recommend using the registered post option when sending your order back to us as you are responsible for the safe delivery of the return.
All items are double checked before being sent out. However, if you have received a wrong or faulty item (human errors do sometimes occur despite best efforts) please contact us STRAIGHT AWAY and we will send you a replacement item at no further cost, or alternatively, provide a full refund.
We will also refund the return postage costs if the item is faulty or not the correct item.
OUT OF STOCK :
In the unfortunate event that something sells out or is unavailable to supply, we will immediately refund your account.
