All items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Free from makeup, fragrance, or marks
• Returned with all original tags and packaging
• Sent using tracked post
We recommend using registered post.

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $80
Orders under $80:
• $9.95 on orders up to $49.99
• $7.95 on orders between $50 and $79.99
Express Shipping: $12.95
Estimated delivery:
• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Western Australia:
• Express Shipping: approximately 2–4 business days
Delivery to Northern Territory and remote regional areas may take slightly longer.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day, excluding weekends, public holidays, and periods of unusually high demand.
All orders are sent with tracking and signature on delivery for the safest and most secure delivery possible.
If you choose to authorise "Leave in a Safe Place", you are instructing the carrier to deliver your parcel without obtaining a signature.
Once the parcel has been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions and is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel generally transfers to the recipient.
However, if there is evidence of delivery error or carrier fault, we will assist in resolving the matter in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
📦 UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PARCELS (AUSTRALIA)
All Australian orders are shipped with tracking and, where applicable, signature on delivery.
Once a delivery attempt has been made, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow carrier instructions, including arranging redelivery or collecting the parcel from the nominated collection point within the carrier’s required timeframe.
Parcels returned to Elwood 101 due to:
• failure to collect
• failure to arrange redelivery
• refusal of delivery
• incorrect or incomplete address details supplied at checkout
are not considered lost or failed deliveries.
Once the parcel has been safely returned to Elwood 101, a refund will be processed for the returned item(s), less any shipping or carrier charges incurred as a result of the unsuccessful delivery.
Original shipping charges are not refundable where a delivery attempt has been made.

We do not collect import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees or taxes at checkout.
Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to VAT, import duties, customs clearance or processing fees, taxes and other government charges on arrival, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
European Union customers: Due to recent legislative changes, most orders entering the EU may be subject to VAT, customs clearance fees and other import charges regardless of order value.

• refusal of delivery
• incorrect or incomplete address details supplied at checkout
are not considered lost or failed deliveries.
Once the parcel has been safely returned to Elwood 101, a refund will be processed for the returned item(s), less any costs incurred as a result of the unsuccessful delivery, including but not limited to:
• original shipping charges
• return shipping charges
• duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, carrier charges or other government-imposed import costs paid by Elwood 101
Original shipping charges are not refundable where a delivery attempt has been made.
Please note that customs authorities may not refund import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees or other government charges on parcels that are refused, returned or deemed undeliverable.
Elwood 101 is not responsible for delays, storage periods, or return decisions made by international postal services when a parcel has been awaiting customer action.
