   Wrap the tape measure around your upper back, under your arms and across the fullest part of your bust. Check in the mirror to ensure the tape is straight. Keep it firm but not tight.

2. Waist
   Measure around the smallest part of your waist. Keep the tape firm but not tight.

3. Hips
   Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, checking the tape is straight all the way around.
