HOW TO MEASURE

WAIST: To measure your waist circumference, wrap the tape measure horizontally around the narrowest point of your waist. This is typically where you’d place your “hands on hips.”

SEAT: To measure your seat circumference, wrap the tape measure horizontally around the widest point of your seat, this is usually at the fullest part of your bum.

INLEG: To check if an inleg measurement is right for you, measure along your inside leg, starting at the crotch and head down toward your ankle bone.

HEM OPENING: Grab your favourite pair of jeans and lay the bottom cuff flat. Run a tape measure along the cuff, take that measurement and double it.

CHEST:  Wrap the tape measure under your armpits, around the fullest part of your chest. The tape measure should be snug. Not so tight that it constricts breathing, but not so loose that it slides down. Don't puff out or flex chest, stand as normal.
